Our Team
Dayle Stanley - Director and Founder
Dayle brings over twenty years of experience in public policy in defence, national security, law enforcement, environment and energy, and international engagement.
In 2024, Dayle was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship and became a Visiting Fellow at the Centre for Strategic & International Studies (CSIS) in Washington, D.C. There, she explored long-term trends shaping the Indo-Pacific and strengthened Australia–U.S. foresight collaboration.
Dayle was Chief Futures Officer at the Australian National University's National Security College. There, she led the Futures Hub for four years - partnering with government to deliver strategic workshops, advise executive boards on complex national challenges, and teach policy makers on futures analysis and structured techniques. She convened multi-sector dialogues and led a landmark futures workshop in Suva for 100 Pacific Island leaders.
Dayle holds a Bachelor of Arts (Criminal Justice & Human Behaviour) and a Master of Social Science (Criminology). She has also completed the Oxford Scenario Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
Her expertise includes strategic foresight, workshop facilitation, public speaking, the U.S-Australia alliance, national security and defence, deep understanding of the Federal Government, and policy innovation.
Meagan Kopatz - Foresight Specialist
Meagan brings over twenty years of experience in public policy and strategy development across several Australian Government agencies. She is an experienced designer and co-facilitator of foresights workshops with a flair for the creative and visual. Her expertise include:

Meagan holds a Masters of European Studies, a Masters of International Relations, and a Bachelor of Arts (Gender and Government Relations). She is currently studying a Masters of Creative Writing.
Outside of work, Meagan is a creative writer and published The Boy and the Sea - an illustrated children's book. She is also a visual artist and runs Kopatz Designs.
